AstraZeneca's Sales & Marketing Division is composed of different departments, each using their agency and printer.
The Challenge

Results
- Reduction of print production costs as well as the agency commissions, from 2.8 to 1.8 million euro(-36%!)
- Procurement costs under control and optimized print production budgets
- Orders are all centralized: 600 jobs are delegated to Identic's Account Manager
- Reduction in the number of repetitive operational tasks for the marketing department
Conclusion
Identic's WEB tool combined with the implementation of a dedicated Account Manager has allowed AstraZeneca to structure the procurement process and hence reduce production costs by 36%.
